Every Pizza on our menu is a nod to the periods iconic flavors and spirit. We source the finest ingredients, reminiscent to the dedication to quality found in secret distilleries of the past. Our dough is handmade and fermented 72 hours in advanced. Sauces are hand milled and toppings are sliced fresh daily to create pizzas that are both familiar and extraordinary. Each bite promises a taste of luxury and rebellion that defined the 1920’s, when creativity flourished despite restrictions.
